SECURITY FAST TRACK

Fast Track reduces wait times at Immigration, Security, and Customs, but the transportation is shared with other passengers on the same flight attending the AAML Midyear Conference, so you may have to wait for others. IMPORTANT: For VIP Pass (Fast Track) holders who have checked in luggage with their airlines, the airport exit process will take longer compared to those traveling with carry-on only.

The Fast Track service minimizes waiting time, getting you through Immigration, Security, and Customs in under 10 minutes.

Technical Information

Step 1: Meet and greet by a VPASS representative

  • The VPASS representative will be stationed in front of the gate, holding a sign with passengers’ surnames for easy identification.
  • Access from the bridge is on the second level; passengers should use the escalator or elevator to descend to the first level, providing direct access to the Immigration Area.

Step 2: Access to Immigration Area

  • The escalator leads passengers to the immigration entrance.
  • The VPASS representative will assist passengers in accessing the priority line.

Step 3: Receive access to a priority line

  • Ensuring minimized wait times.

Arrival Fast Track

  • The VPASS representative guides passengers through the expedited immigration process (approximately 5 minutes).
  • Afterward, they escort passengers to the baggage claim area, ensuring a swift passage through customs (approximately 5 minutes).
  • Finally, the VPASS representative hands passengers over to the TE DMC Airport Supervisor and guides, assisting them in continuing their journey to the hotel.

Departure Fast Track

  • The VPASS representative will meet and greet passengers at the curbside and guide them to the airline counter for check-in.
  • They will then escort passengers from the check-in counter to immigration, using exclusive access to bypass the usual lines.
  • After clearing immigration, the representative will guide passengers through the security checkpoint via a dedicated lane.
  • Finally, they will lead passengers to the boarding area or VIP lounge, depending on the specific arrangements made for them.

Requirements to Book VPASS:

  • Full name of the passenger (required for immigration purposes, as each VPASS must be registered in the name of the person using the service).
  • Age of the passenger (children under 8 years old are free of charge).
  • Arrival or departure date and flight number of the passenger.
