Hacienda El Roble Canopy Experience

$150.00

This zip-lining adventure takes place 25 minutes Northeast from Tamarindo beach, at Hacienda El Roble, a fifth-generation family owned property that opened its doors to visitors back in October of 2011, and that is operated and maintained by the daughter and grand-children of Mr. Eusebio Arrieta, the former hacienda owner.  This local family wants to share some of their history and the beauty of their property with those who enjoy adventure and being outdoors.

Participants will get to the hacienda’s main building by deluxe ground transportation, and from there to the first platform on board a rustic truck that will take them through the beautiful pastures and up to a hill.  Once at the first platform, and after some demonstrations and safety instructions, they will be off.

This adventurous activity consists of 10 cables suspended up to 120 meters (394 feet) high and up to 1000 meters (3280 feet) long. As participants travel from one mountain top to another, they will pass through a Tropical Dry forest, full of big, beautiful, and old trees. The ride is great to observe the lowlands, and to spot wildlife including birds, howler monkeys, white nose coatis, iguanas and many others.

Safety is the main focus at this place, and Specialized staff will make participants feel protected and indulged from start to end, so they can focus on enjoying the experience.
